QUALITY POLICY

Our success is ensured by the continuous improvement of the management system of the Management Systems Certification Body of the Institute of Information Technologies and Communications LLC (hereinafter – IITK LLC) and its effectiveness.

The certification system of management systems of IITK LLC operates according to the standard DSTU EN ISO / IEC 17021-1: 2017 and carries out certification of management systems according to the standards DSTU ISO 9001: 2015 (ISO 9001: 2015, IDT), DSTU ISO / IEC 27001 : 2015 (ISO / IEC 27001: 2013; Cor 1: 2014, IDT), DSTU ISO 22000: 2007 (ISO 22000: 2005, IDT).

The main purpose of certification is to ensure the confidence of all parties that the management system meets the established requirements. The value of certification is determined by the level of public confidence and trust created by an impartial and competent assessment by a third party.

Realizing the importance of impartiality in the performance of certification activities, conflict of interest management and guaranteeing the objectivity of management systems certification activities, the top management, represented by the director of IITK LLC, announces its quality policy aimed at ensuring public trust and adherence to principles. contributing to the trust of management systems certification activities and the appropriate level of its organization.

The implementation of this policy is carried out by implementing a management system in accordance with the standard DSTU EN ISO / IEC 17021-1: 2017, which is based on the following principles that promote trust.

Impartiality

The Management System Certification Body of IITK LLC manages possible conflicts of interest and threats of impartiality (personal interest, self-examination, trust or intimidation) therefore the decisions of the Management Systems Certification Body are based solely on objective evidence of compliance (or non-compliance) obtained by the Certification Body management with the exception of the influence of other interests or parties.

Competence

Personnel involved in the certification process have the appropriate level of competence, which allows them to skillfully apply knowledge and skills during certification activities.

Responsibility

The customer organization, not the Management System Certification Body, is responsible for compliance with the certification requirements.

The management system certification body of IITK LLC makes decisions on certification based on the audit conclusions (assessment of sufficient objective evidence).

Openness

Information on the audit and certification process, certification status (granting, denial, maintenance, re-certification, suspension, renewal or revocation of certification, or extension or reduction of certification scope), as well as non-confidential information on the conclusions of certain audits (complaints, etc.) available to stakeholders.

Confidentiality

The management system certification body of IITK LLC keeps confidentiality regarding any private information about the customer.

Responding to complaints

The certification system management body of IITK LLC provides consideration of all complaints without exception in accordance with the established procedures.

Risk-oriented approach

The management system certification body of IITK LLC takes into account the risks associated with the provision of competent, consistent and impartial certification.
